During the regular board of trustees meeting on December 1st the following was agreed upon to obtain the approval of the members.

Additional language to ARTICLE VII - DUES, Section 4

   Add (4.01) Membership Drives
   Dues may be reduced during the Membership Drives held anytime during the calendar year.  Senior member dues will not be reduced more than the reduction referenced in Article VII Section 4, which is 50%.  The proposed amount of the senior members' dues reduction for membership drives will be approved and voted on by the board of trustees with a two third majority vote.  Prospective members will be accepted with the same structure as all members as stated in Article VI and the membership committee policies and procedures.  The full application fee will still apply and may not be reduced.

This posting will remain until after the membership voting has concluded in February 2026.
