2024 Member Renewal

1. Annual Membership Renewal Process Letter was mailed in September via US Postal Service.  The new process includes completing your renewal forms and paying either online with a credit card or sending a personal check via the US Postal Service. All deadlines for renewal remain the same: due by December 31st.

2. Payments received after the December 31st deadline will be subject to a $50.00 penalty, per member. The grace period for late payment is January 1, 2024 through January 10, 2024. After this date, your membership will be terminated and to join you will need to go through the New Member Process including paying the application feed.

3. For new members paying their application fees and dues with a personal check – you must print and attach a copy of your application forms and mail them altogether to 815 Mason Road East, Milan, Ohio 44846.
